BARRIER LOAD MONITORING SYSTEM

The MOJO Barrier Load Monitor System (BLMS) has been developed in response to event organisers, production managers and crowd management professionals wanting to understand the pressures that crowds apply to the barriers at an event, so that they can use the information to address potential health and safety issues and relate the pressures applied to crowd behaviour.

This system determines 'hotspots' and allows the crowd management team to plan and react swiftly for these eventualities. The sensors are an integral part of the Mojo aluminium barrier linked to proprietary software that shows the pressure readings in real time, whilst also recording them for analysis. By comparing the effect of pressure readings on the behaviour and well-being of the crowd, the BLMS is an additional safety system for crowd management professionals.
