ConcertsJune 2007 - Mojo Barriers with George Michael for first Wembley Stadium concert
Mojo Barriers was the barrier supplier of choice when George Michael played the first event concert at the new Wembley Stadium. The touring barrier system supplied from their Netherlands facility, was supplemented by over 600m of barrier from the Mojo Barriers UK office.

Have worked with George Michael on last years’ indoor shows, Mojo Barriers was delighted to be asked to supply 220m of their Mojo Black Aluminium barrier system for all 30 shows of the 12 week outdoor European tour. Mojo also supplied 40 cable ramps and 160m² of walkway and a 5m circular platform taking the artists into the crowd . Mojo supplied three staff to ensure the system was installed safely and efficiently at every show.

The Wembley Stadium Show
The Mojo Barriers UK office supplied 617m additional barrier for the concert, installed by a team of 9 staff on the Friday evening and removed immediately after the show. Wembley Stadium own 40m of stage barriers, so MOJO supplied the Stadium 272m of compatible Mojo Barrier that extended Wembley’s own barrier. They also supplied promoter Marshall Arts a further 345m surrounding the mix position and delay towers. Kevin Thorborn, Mojo Barriers UK manager said: “It was great to involved with the first show at Wembley Stadium. There were a few areas we all learned from, but it is a great venue and we’re looking forward to working at many more shows in the future.”
