July 2007 Mojo Barriers keep Live Earth turning

live_earthThe international concert barriers specialists Mojo Barriers provided crowd protection barriers at three of the seven main Live Earth concerts that took place this month, plus the highly attended satellite event Live Earth Alert! The events in New York, London, Sydney and Amsterdam, combined, used over 1,200 meters of the company’s aluminium or steel barrier systems to ensure no harm came to the many hundreds of thousands of fans and environmentalists who enjoyed the concerts live.

Mojo’s project managers at the four concerts were:

– Jim Gaffney: Wembley Stadium, London, UK;

– J.B. Dolphin: Giants’ Stadium, Nw York, USA;

– Greg Walker (of Mojo’s Australian distributor, The Purple Station): Assie Stadium, Sydney, Australia;

– Erwin Sprengers: Westerpark, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Live Earth Alert! satellite event)

Mojo Barrier’s Managing Director Patrick Jordan said: “As a company we are making our own efforts to operate sustainably and we were delighted to be able to support an environmental project like Live Earth.”
